Our Programs
Our programs include life and social skills programs: drug addiction counseling and intervention, financial literacy, nutrition & fitness, parenting, life coaching, high school graduation prep classes, career planning/training, anger management, wealth building skills to make a positive impact in the community.
Our Impact
Prior to receiving 501(c)3) and formal development of T.E.N., we have helped over 1000 individuals in our community improve their education and increase income potential and offered training in stage performance, TV production, acting and creative writing furthering their development, adding credits to their BIO thereby furthering financial opportunities.

We currently provide opportunity and assistance for new writers, directors and actors to develop show ideas for the television industry. Additionally, we provide opportunities and training to be part of ongoing television show. We share these shows on GLS TV Plus network to teach, uplift and encourage. Instructors and mentors include Hollywood actress, authors, tv and movie producers and more.

The entertainment industry is known for being a notoriously difficult business to break into. It’s full of extremely talented, competitive, and hardworking individuals, making distinguishing yourself a challenge. According to a published study by McKinsey & Company, while a certain amount of progress has been made with on-screen talent in recent years, and although several entertainment companies are starting to make strides toward diversity and inclusion,
but new analysis shows that inequity persists and is deeply entrenched across the film and TV ecosystem. The data examined in detail the racial complexities and challenge of this dynamic workplace, analyzing the entire film and TV ecosystem—including studios, networks, production and streaming companies, and distributors—through the lens of the individuals who must navigate it: on-screen talent, as well as off-screen

Sunnie has always believed in education as a foundation and has an MBA and currently
pursuing DBA in Executive Coaching and Leadership. This allows her
to stay abreast of the business world as she connects with the entertainment
environment. Her love for coaching individuals to pursue their dreams is what keeps
her moving forward. She remains empathetic to how hard it can be to balance all the
aspects of life, but knows it can be done. Having to learn the balancing act herself, she
wants to help inspire, motivate and teach others that they can do the same. Positive
mindset and showing up for yourself is her mantra.
Sunnie has always been a motivator and an organizer, starting in middle school with
forming a social club that lasted all the way through high school. She still organizes and
promotes positive community events, including book signings and live performances.
Utilizing her organizational skills, she is always ready to jump in and help others to make
their projects more successful.

We are always open to work with other non-profits and businesses to continue to expand our projects and opportunities for a greater impact in our communities.
Our programs have expanded to include life and social skills programs i.e. high school graduation prep classes, career planning/training, budgeting, anger management, drug addiction counseling and intervention, and wealth building skills to make a positive impact in the community.
We use exciting relatable classes to stimulate a desire for learning and improved
lifestyle.

Additionally, students who drop out of high school are more likely to

There is a strong correlation between high school graduation and income potential.
Generally speaking, individuals who graduate from high school have better job
prospects and earning potential than those who do not. Many
employers require a high school diploma as a minimum qualification for
entry-level positions.
